Getting Started: User Guide

The platform is available by invitation only. If you've received an invitation email:

1. Click the unique sign-in link in the email.
2. You will be signed in and directed to your personal dashboard.

Once signed in, you'll see a sidebar navigation:

• Dashboard – Monitor your learning progress.
• Modules – View available modules for learning.
• Certificates – Access and download your course certificates.
• Guide – Written user guide for OVAL LMS.
• Support – Contact our team if you need assistance.

To start:

1. Click Module tab from the sidebar navigation
2. Complete each module, including:
   • Video lessons (hosted by AI avatars)
   • Quizzes or assessments
3. Finish all modules to unlock your certificate.

✅ You must pass all quizzes to receive your certificate.

Once you complete a course:

• You can view your certificates from the Certificates tab.
• You can generate the certificates and download it
• You can share on your social media

Some courses include endorsements from recognized organisations (e.g., ITOL).

For your protection:

• Your account is limited to one device at a time.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• Always sign out when switching devices.
• To access the LMS on a different device, login back to get a new invitation email.

• Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
• Use a reliable internet connection for video playback.
